Women and fat loss. A unique set of needs.

Fat loss can be difficult for women. This is a result of their unique hormonal changes. Hormonal status can be manipulated to achieve fat loss.

" Train with weights 3 to 5 times per week. If you want to burn fat, decrease belly fat, build 
bone, improve mood, enhance strength, bolster self-esteem, tighten the body (it is the only way to do this) & decrease morbidity & mortality into old age nothing NOTHING compares to weight lifting exercise. Walking is necessity NOT exercise. Everyone should walk as much as they can daily."
